Ru Meditation: Gao Panlong (1562–1626 C.E.) (Ru Media, 2017) is an annotated translation of Gao Panlong’s major writings on Ruist (Confucian) quiet-sitting. It explores poetic evocations of meditative experience, practical guidance, philosophical reflection, and biographical context. Beyond introducing Gao’s thought, this translation is intended as a practical guide to Ruist meditation. More details here.
